This is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. This unit has plank flooring throughout the living room, and hallway. The kitchen has granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances with tile flooring throughout .Both bedrooms are spacious and carpeted. Washer/dryer hookups available in unit. Owner is responsible for all utilities. There is a non-refundable move in fee that is 50% of rent. An application is required. There is a $35 application fee. This will cover your background/credit check. We offer 6 month and month-to month options in addition to the year lease for an additional cost per month. Small dogs and cats are allowed. There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee and pet rent is $25 per pet/per month.
