Rent is $1695 per month and includes heat. There is a very large eat-in kitchen, 12' hallway, bathroom 6x6, den that is about 10X16, and a large bed room that's about 12 x16. The seven windows that are 5' tall. The apartment is nice and bright with all the windows. Ceilings are 10'. Floors are all hardwood. Kitchen has been updated to new stainless appliances (not pictured). It can be lightly furnished down to the flat wear if you wish. Pets are on a case-by-case basis. This is the same building as 1028 King St., Lori's Table. Looking for someone that is respectful of neighbors, keeps a neat apartment, pays rent on time, respects property, has a good credit score and is a non-smoker. GOOD credit is not an option.
