The main level has an amazing gourmet kitchen with built-in upper and lower ovens, gas stovetop, and lots of storage for cookware. It also has a sunlit living room with gas fireplace. Each of the other three levels have a spacious bedroom and full bathroom. The upper level has a loft with a wet bar area, and also a balcony. Outdoors has a pet playground to let your dogs run loose and allows you to meet your lovely neighbors. Owner pays for all utilities except for water and trash. Tenants must only use the car garage, driveway, and one parking space for vehicles. Rent and security deposit is due before or at signing. After that, rent will not be accepted not later than 4 days after the due date. Tenant responsible for repairing all damages made during lease tenure, or security deposit will be used for repair costs. Cats and dog (below 120 pounds) are allowed. There will be a $150 one-time pet fee. However, tenant is responsible for repainting walls and doors, and refinishing hardwood floors due to pet scratches or bite marks. In addition, carpet stains or damage must be repaired during lease, or security deposit will be used to repair all damages. Lease will be for one (1) year. After one year, lease must be renewed.
