High speed internet, mini-split for heating/cooling, 1 smart TV, all major kitchen appliances (no dishwasher), drip coffee maker, cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, drip coffee maker). 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, clean linens for all beds and clean bath towels are provided for all guests. There is one parking space for this unit but note they are tight. The space - 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment - Sleeps up to 6 -- 2 queen beds and 1 twin-over-full bunk bed - Perfect for a staycation or work-from-home alternative - Off-street parking for 1 car * The owner pays all utilities. * We have Waivo damage protection. * Cleaning is required monthly, and inspections happen randomly at our discretion with 24 hours' notice. * No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house or on the deck or within the building. * We collect the first and last month's rent once the reservation is confirmed for 60 days or more. * We ask all guests, upon confirmation of their reservation, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
