With a covered common pool (open seasonally in the summer months), this unit sleeps up to 6 people and is just steps away from the beach, boardwalk, and all the top restaurants, bars, arcades, and attractions that Hampton Beach has to offer. The condo is located on the first level, offers air-conditioning and heat, ceiling fans in every room, all necessary kitchen appliances, an ice maker and 1 complimentary off-street parking spots. The large shared common deck offers tables, chairs with umbrella coverage & a gas grill below providing an ideal spot for outdoor dining & lounging. The space With high speed internet, the apartment is perfect for a staycation or work-from-home alternative. *No smoking or vaping of any product or substance is permitted in the Accommodations, common areas of the Building or near Building entrances *The owner pays all utilities * Booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (Waivo fee is $25/stay) *Unit inspection is required once a month with 24-hour notice. You may request cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost *We collect the first and last month's rent once the booking is confirmed (for 60+ days bookings) *We ask all guests, upon confirmation of the booking, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement.
