This sunny and open 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 people in 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pull-out couch. It features a private balcony, 9-foot ceilings, natural light, hardwood floors, 2 off-street parking spots (1 in garage and 1 outside), central AC/heat, in-unit laundry, and fully-equipped kitchen. Property Features - High speed internet, 2 Roku smart TVs 1 located in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom (very basic cable and ability to log into your streaming services), central AC/heat, gas fireplace (available to use in winter months), private balcony, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, drip coffee maker, 1 queen bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in guest bedroom and 1 couch to sleep up to 5 people. 2 full bathrooms 1 with a jetted shower tub and 1 with a stand up shower. Stackable washer and dryer available in unit. Water views from living room, master bedroom and private balcony. Clean linens for all beds and clean bath towels are provided for all guests. 2 off-street parking spots 1 in the garage and 1 outside. * The owner pays all utilities. * We have Waivo damage protection. * Cleaning is required monthly, and inspections happen randomly at our discretion with 24 hours' notice. * No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house or on the deck. * We collect the first and last month's rent once the reservation is confirmed for 60 days or more. * We ask all guests, upon confirmation of their reservation, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
