The space - 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment - Large front porch w/ ocean views - Occupies the entire first floor of "main building" - Sleeps up to 8 people -- 1 queen bed, 2 bunk bed (full + twin bunk and twin bunks) - Off-street parking for 2 cars - Perfect for a staycation or work-from-home alternative. Home Features - High speed internet, 2 window AC units, 1 cable TV , all major kitchen appliances (including dishwasher), drip coffee maker, cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, drip coffee maker). 1 bathroom with shower tub, clean linens for all beds and clean bath towels are provided for all guests. * The owner pays all utilities. * We have Waivo damage protection. * Cleaning is required monthly, and inspections happen randomly at our discretion with 24 hours' notice. * No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house or on the deck. * We collect the first and last month's rent once the reservation is confirmed for 60 days or more. * We ask all guests, upon confirmation of their reservation, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
