Welcome to Metro PHX. We specialize in all inclusive living. All apartments have been remodeled to standard with features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, commercial grade carpet and designer furnishings. Additionally, all of our kitchens are fully stocked and the living room couch folds into a queen size bed. You will enjoy Cox cable with a premium package and broadband internet. All windows are fitted with black out coverings. All bathrooms have modern granite and showerheads are high pressure. Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built in BBQ with outdoor tables, sports court, gym, business centers (small and large gatherings). Dog park fencing in process and will be available in 2021. We can host just about anything you throw at us. Location: We are about as central as you can be in Phoenix. Right off the 17 freeway, you will be 15 minutes from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be freeway noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option. Fine Print: We accept one pet maximum 20 lb weight limit. Second pet allowable under limited circumstances if pet is mature and trained and small. We do not provide daily maid or linen service. Your room is cleaned before you check in and after you check out only. We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, etc. We are focused on longer term stays of 5 days + but we do host for 2 day stays. Shorter term reservations can only be made within the same week of travel. Our internet speeds vary. We subscribe to Cox 1GB but there are many factors in the speed our guests will receive at any time. We provide no guarantees and do not reimburse for down internet time.
