This beautiful, renovated apartment, located in the heart of Kennett Square, is perfect for you and your family! The space sleeps up to 4 people, so families are welcome. Please note that this is a smaller two-bedroom apartment, which can be utilized fully as a two-bedroom space or a one-bedroom with a bonus room. The main living area includes a kitchen and space for a large couch. This second-floor apartment in a triplex building is only a short walk to all that Kennett has to offer. This apartment has laminate floors, an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. All window curtains and area rugs are included as well. The building has forced air for heating and air conditioning. The apartment boasts old charm with high ceilings and large windows. The building has shared washers and dryers in the basement with no charge. There is basement storage as well. There is parking for one car out back and there is ample street parking for no cost right by the house. Rent includes Sewer, Water, Lawn Care, Trash, and Recycling. Tenant pays electric and Wi-Fi. We do allow pets, up to two pets with landlord review. A credit check must be run for each application, and we require a minimum score of 620. First Month's rent due and a deposit of the last month's rent as well. I am sorry, but we do not accept Section 8 Housing vouchers. Renter pays electric and gas. Dogs of all sizes will be considered.
