This building was completely renovated a few years back and is gorgeous. You step into the open concept living area which has beautiful hardwood floors. You have a great closet for extra storage! Our application is located right on our website- just simply click "apply now" next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units! The application takes about 2-3 days to process when all information is provided. If your application is approved, it can be applied to any available rental that could work for you. Leases are sent and signed electronically - security deposit due upon signing.
