Nice 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit near the highway on Jolly Rd., less than 10 minute drive to MSU campus! Also has a CATA bus stop to take you to campus. Pool and on-site gym available to all residents. Shared washers and dryers in each building. Dog park also on-site. Community allows pets and charges a one-time fee. They seem to be okay with larger dogs as well. Internet, water, sewer, and trash included. Renter is only responsible for electric (no gas).
