Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Cabell County, West Virginia. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Landlord and the Tenant and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
