No smoking, no pets. Owner pays water. There are no pets of any kind allowed on the premises due to allergies. No smoking inside the building or on the premises. Tenants pays $2100 deposit. Lease transitions to a month to month lease at the conclusion of the original lease term. Only people on the lease agreement are permitted to live on premises. There is no subleasing of the apartment. Tenant is responsible for taking out the trash. Any fees associated with city of Cincinnati trash or premises violations will be the responsibility of the tenant. No more than 2 noise complaints. The full lease agreement will be provided upon approval of the application (Application Fee Paid) and proof of funds for the deposit.
