The $500 deposit will be deducted from the move-in cost shown below. If a deposit is given with an approved application, the deposit is non-refundable. The move-in cost is the first months' rent (pro-rated if applicable) plus security deposit plus lease activation fee minus holding deposit. The security deposit is 1 months' rent. Ex: $1,050 (1st Months Rent)+ $1,575 (Security Deposit) + $75 (Lease Activation Fee) - $500 (Holding Deposit)= $2,200 - Lease term: 1 Year - Landlord pays for water, trash removal, lawn/snow maintenance - Renter is responsible for gas, electric and renters insurance - Due at signing: 1st months rent (pro-rated) + Security Deposit (1 1/2 months rent) + $75 Lease Activation Fee - $500 Holding Deposit. - NO Pets Allowed - We do not accept section 8
