This is a single occupancy studio - only bigger enough for a single person & twin size bed. It would not work for person is downsizing from 1 or 2 bed room with more furnitures. Ideally, an UoL student needs away from a roommate or multiple roommates to need an absolutely privacy to help to concentrate to study. Or need to stop commuting & want to be in a block or two to UoL campus. Rent is $655 (rent only) plus tenant pays for ALL utilities in addition to $655 rent. Central air & heat. Walking to UoL. Own entrance from back gate. It has own deck attached to glass front entrance door. The bedroom has original & beautiful hard Oak wood flooring. It is equipped with a large double side french refrigerator purchased just a year old. Ceramic shower only no tub. Limited free street parking on 4th St. The Lee street need a residential permit to cover 8-4 M-F. Our residents do usually get one resident permit for less than $50 per year. It is very suitable for UoL students, professionals are working in Central Business District downtown. Many restaurants, banks, laundrymat-tanning , buses, convenient store services are in walking distance. Any pets are needed pre-approval with predetermined pet fee & deposit along with Vet visits recorders with pest control, updated shots, house broken training - No barking, urination, scratch to floor, doors/jams...etc. No smoking inside the studio/building at all time - some other tenants are allergy to smokes. The lease is yearly from now to the end of July 2024.
