Fully furnished beach condo with all bills included in the monthly rent (500 Mpbs internet, cable, water, sewer, trash, and electric) in a gated community! There are 2 queen beds, 1 queen murphy bed, and a twin bed. Dedicated working space is located upstairs in loft. In addition, a laptop-size table allows to work from the patio that overlooks the ocean and community swimming pool. There is private beach access that you can use to enjoy a family fun-filled beach day soaking up the sun. There is also a secured ground-level storage unit you can use to store bikes and other goods. Please note that you will have access to the pool from Apr-Oct and that this is a third-floor condo. We are offering this condo on a 1 month minimum, off season between September and March.
