Studio efficiencies are a convenient and affordable option halfway between a private apartment and a shared housing situation. Each efficiency has its own bathroom, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. For more elaborate cooking or storage of larger items, the building has a shared kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and an electric oven and stove. A shared lounge offers FREE cable and a FREE high-speed internet connection. In addition to the mini-fridge and microwave, most apartments come furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. All apartments are wired for high-speed internet, cable, and phone. Rent includes heat, hot/cold water, electricity, and access to the building's laundry and trash facilities.
