All utilities included, fully furnished! Atlantic Beach just made #16 in the list of Top 100 Beaches in the United States, beating out even beaches in Hawaii! Truly a hidden gem, as this part of the island doesn't have public access, beyond a few cars, so it's just folks staying right there. My favorite spot in the home is the massive 36' x 12' deck with outdoor dining table, huge sectional seating, and fire table to enjoy as the sun goes down. I love that I can hear the waves crash from here. Things To Do: Fort Macon State Park: This fort dates back to the 1800s, offers guided tours, hiking trails, & picnic areas. Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores: See a wide variety of marine life & exhibits. Water Sports: Surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, & jetskiing. Fishing: You can fish from the beach, the pier, or take a charter boat out for deep-sea fishing. Island Time Dolphin & Sunset Tours: Sunset or dolphin-watching tour. Message for more ideas! The space This is a three-unit house, situated between the sound and the ocean. You'll be in the top unit. Please see all the photos of the space for bedrooms, bathrooms, outside living, and more. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, two master king bedrooms, bonus room with dual twin trundle and queen murphy bed, additional queen murphy bed in massive living room, dining room, multiple desks for work needs, laundry in unit, beach outdoor shower. Home away from home! Guest access The entire unit upstairs within the triplex will be yours. Please note there is no elevator. Parking: If there is no reservation in the other unit, please feel free to use the entire driveway. It will fit six cars. However if there is another reservation, please be sure to park your car(s) on the left of the driveway, leaving the right side for the other unit. The driveway fits a total of six cars, so if you were to have more than three, you can park in the street as well. Home is fully furnished and available as an off season lease from Nov. 1 - March 31. This is a non-smoking property. This home is pet-free. All utilities will be paid by owner.
