Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. SECURITY CAMERAS Please note there are security cameras surrounding the exterior of the property & inside the common area laundry room. There are no cameras located inside any apartments.
