The master bedroom offers a king bed and a door direct to the balcony. The guest room has a queen bed as well as its own balcony access. The third room includes a twin size day bed, as well as a twin size trundle bed. This unit is on the second floor of the rear Villagio building, but a convenient elevator brings you up mere steps from the front door. Outside the many options within Villagio, its surrounded by multiple beach accesses within a couple minutes drive, only 2 miles to Publix and Winn Dixie, 8 miles (15 minutes) to the back gate of the Naval Base (NAS), 24 miles (36 minutes) to Navy Federal Headquarters, 27 miles (43 minutes) to UWF, and 18 miles (30 minutes) to Downtown Pensacola. Tour days may be limited to particular turn over days, as units are currently vacation rentals. Applications MUST be submitted through Zillow/Hotpads, as it will include credit and background check.
