The second floor has two large bedrooms . The first bedroom has a queen size bed along with a daybed for an additional sleeping space, plus a desk, bathroom with walk in shower and a large closet. The balcony access is off the first bedroom and has spectacular views of the mountains as well as Old Town. The balcony is outfitted with a couch, 2 lounge chairs and a coffee table. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with mountain views includes a walk in shower, free standing bath, and double sink vanity. A king size bed, desk, tv and a two large closets. Loft is located in charming Old Town, Ft. Collins. Walk out the door to restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, bike paths, walking paths and much more. Safe neighborhood with a college town vibe. There are bikes to rent for you to get around, especially if you'd like to get out on our amazing trail system, however everything you need in Old Town is within an easy walking distance to the loft. Owner pays for all utilities and HOA. Renter will cover the monthly rent and everything else is taken care of. Month to Month rental. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
