All our beautiful, unfurnished apartment homes feature FREE heat (natural gas), hot water, dish washers and central air conditioning! We also offer an elevator, a package delivery hub, additional storage, and fitness center. We offer the best downtown living with a quick walk to the marina, restaurants, and shopping. We are a cat-friendly building (two per apartment), please ask us about service animals. We are a non-smoking apartment community. Our tax credit apartments are offered at lower than market prices to households meeting our qualification guidelines. To qualify for our apartments, you must fall below the gross yearly income of: Income Guidelines: 60% apt Household of 1- below $48,180 Household of 2- below $55,080 In addition to falling below these listed amounts you will need to meet our minimum income limits (no more than 35% of your income can go towards rent), have a satisfactory landlord reference and be willing to sign a one-year lease. An application fee and deposit, security deposit of 1 or 2 months and first month's rent is required for move-in.
