Looking for either a full year renter or willing to do month-to-month (6 month minimum) for a slightly higher monthly rent. Rent due on the 1st of every month. Renter to pay Wi-Fi and utilities. HOA is included in monthly rent. First and last months rent paid upfront & security deposit of one month's rent. Parking is included. There is a parking area for residents. We currently have 2 cars here and there is never a problem finding spots.
