Looking for a tenant to hopefully stay for a year but shorter term leases are on the table. The apartment has laundry in-unit, AC, stove, dishwasher, and two bathrooms. Water, gas, and trash are included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity/power and cable. Building has bi-weekly cleaning service and tenants can store bikes within the building for a small additional fee ($5). Pets are allowed but would request to verify given the close proximity to others with pets living in the building.
