There is a minimum monthly gross income requirement of $2,500 and at least 6 months of work history required. We offer 12 month leases. The monthly rent is $750 and includes free parking and internet. Utilities are separate and usually cost about $100 per month. Grounds for which the rental application may be denied, includes the applicant's: (1) criminal history; (2) previous rental history; (3) current income; (4) credit history; or (5) failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form
