The application fee is $50 per/adult. We require six months on your current job, a credit score or 600 or higher, and combined monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent. In order to apply, please bring your photo ID, social security card, and most recent paystub to our leasing office along with a completed application for each adult. Tenant pays all utilities.
