Shop is not included in spot. Left Side Pull out ok with Doors on Left side. Parking in front of RV Space available for 1 Vehicle. No Personal Property outside. Shop is Rented out and must be able to be accessible at all times. RV must be in good working condition. We want to make sure the space is a good fit for everyone involved, so we start with a phone interview then move on to an application ($35 non-refundable) which searches criminal, rental and credit history. If these criteria are met we will set up a move-in date. The space is $600/month. There is a $300 deposit, fully refundable upon move out. First & Last months plus Deposit Due at signing. There are hookups available. Electric & Sewer. Tenant must get a PO Box.
