We are looking for a tenant/tenants (2 people max) for our lower two bedroom FURNISHED apartment. (250 a week for one person, 275 for 2) Laundry on premises, internet included, water up to a certain usage. Natural gas heat included, AC included. Home is on a private driveway, we have a small farm. This is a week to week rental that will turn to a month to month if we are a good fit. The location is Soddy Daisy/Lakesite You are in a country atmosphere, so be aware of this (i.e. bugs, wildlife) We have chickens and goats. In order to be considered I need to meet both occupants beforehand. Not child,handicapped or elderly safe. We are starting week to week but will go monthly if we are a good fit.
