We will automatically keep $500 of the deposit to professionally clean the space following the lease, more than $500 if necessary. No pets please. No smoking or events. Rental includes: Heat (up to $500/month), Electricity (up to $200/month), WIFI, ROKU (you pay for your own streaming services), laundry in unit, and off street parking for two vehicles.
