The building is secured with a code for residents to enter. Two parking spots are included with the lease for three bedroom units. Residents only pay for electricity usage. Gas, water/sewer, garbage, lawn care, snow removal, and 1 gig high-speed internet is provided by landlord. On-site coin-operated laundry is located on the ground floor for easy access. Pet friendly on the FIRST FLOOR ONLY with a fee of $50 per month, with no additional pet deposit required. Our pet policy allows for dogs and cats with a maximum size of 20 pounds by 20 inches.
