Renter is responsible for water/sewer and electricity through Fortville Utilities and Duke, respectively. Monthly fees for trash ($11), Washer/Dryer ($50), and internet ($40) are required. Our lease duration is 12 months, or a $300 fee for short-term leases (6-11 months). Two pets are allowed. There is a strict policy against aggressive breeds of dogs. Pet rent is $35/month. There is a one time, non-refundable pet charge of $150, and a refundable pet deposit of $150.
