8310 S. US HWY 41, Apt 1, Terre Haute, IN The unit is located in Ivyland, by the 641 bypass, across from Ivy Tech on S. US HWY 41. The unit is a two bedroom / two bathroom up and down apartment. One bedroom / one bathroom is downstairs, and one bedroom / one bathroom is upstairs. The unit has been freshly painted and new flooring in one of the rooms. The rent is $700 a month and the approved tenant pays the electric. The application fee is $40, if approved, it's applied to the deposit, if not approved, it's returned. Everyone 18 and over and has to complete the application, criminal background, and credit check forms and be approved. We also do landlord reference checks. Our leases are 12 months. We do allow pets, we allow ONE dog up to 20 lbs, FULL GROWN, or one cat, they are an additional $50 a month, and $100 of the deposit becomes non refundable at move out. To view the unit, you would have to come to the office and sign out the keys to take a look at the unit. We are located at 11800 S. US HWY, Terre Haute, we are tucked in between Boot City and Pat's Cafe, O'Kelley Inc. We are here M-F 8-4 pm.
