The studio is on the second floor of a 3 stories resort building. It has a balcony with a great view. It's away from parking lot and ground floor foot traffic noise. It's easy access by stair way and elevator. The studio has a queen size Murphy bed and queen size sofa sleeper. There is a full tub/shower bathroom with double sinks. A fully outfitted kitchen is provided. It also has a fireplace (Duraflame type of log only, one log at a time). A convention center, a restaurant, a game room, family room, barber shop, laundry room, US postal service, tennis court are available on site. No AC. Fan is provided for hot summer days. A screen door is installed for air circulation. A $150 resort fee and a $120 cleaning fee are charged on the 1st month of lease. For ski season rental, it's $2150/month (from Dec 1st 2023 to April 31st 2024). Electricity, Internet, cable, water are provided without extra change. These service are basic level. If additional speed, channel is required, it's tenant responsibility to investigate the installation and charge. No smoking, no pet. Parking lot is at the back side of building.
