All utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant (snow removal is included per HOA, though HOA can take some time to get to each condo in winter so please be prepared to shovel entry ways). The owner of this property is participating in the Town of Truckee's Lease to Locals program, aimed at unlocking existing homes for local employee needs. As such, only tenants that meet the following qualifications will be considered for this home: Tenant Qualifications 1) Work for an Employer in the Region The adults over 18 in the household (related or unrelated) must work at least 20 hours per week, for an employer located in the geographic boundaries of the Truckee Tahoe Unified School District (TTUSD). 2) Income Cap Households must not make over 150% of the area median income. For related or unrelated adults over 18, you can take the average of your household income, which cannot exceed $118,125 per year per person.
