This large studio apartment is in the Tower Grove Heights neighborhood, in a building in the heart of South Grand's shopping and entertainment district. The apartment is three short blocks south of magnificent Tower Grove Park. The apartment is on the third floor, and accessible only by stairs. The monthly rent includes everything except internet. Appliances are included. Electric has been updated throughout, with a ceiling fan in the main room. The apartment has tile flooring throughout. The bathroom is large and has a clawfoot tub and shower. The apartment features loads of storage space, with built-in bookshelves and a separate walk-in closet. The apartment has its original safe (though the padlock code no longer works). A coin-operated laundromat is available in the building for residents. For an additional fee, parking may be available on a lot behind the building (please ask). You may not need a car to live here. This is the most walkable neighborhood in the city. Transit is easily accessible, with direct access to Metrolink, the city's regional rail service. Supermarkets, a post office, library, dozens of restaurants, bars and all kinds of shopping are within easy walking or biking distance. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. If you don't have your own renters' insurance, there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance."
