The studio does NOT have it's personal bathroom. The bathrooms and shower rooms are in the hallways and are cleaned daily. The studio is for ONLY one person and pets are not allowed. I am looking for someone who earns at least 3 times the amount of the rent and has a good credit score. The studio has hardwood floors and has a kitchen area. There is a fridge and stove. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking. The cost to move is $1050 plus $1200 deposit = $2250.
