Sherman is located in Englewood and is a few blocks from Swedish Medical Center. Our newly renovated, apartment units are roomy and stylish and all yours (we don't offer shared spaces). All of our units are newly renovated and boast full size appliances. All utilities are paid, except for Wifi, TV and phone services. All floors require the use of stairs, even the first floor. This building has a shared laundry room which features brand new washer and dryers that accept credit cards. Each unit is allowed one of our free off street parking spots. Additional parking is available on the street, which is also free. Each unit has a portable air conditioning unit, heating, and WiFi. We use keypad access for all buildings and for each renovated unit. Sherman features cute shops and unique dining options within walking distance. Cafe180 is a non-profit that allows you to name your price for your mean, with a goal of reducing food insecurity in the area. There is also a bowling alley, coffee shops, and boutiques nearby.
