The apartment is located in a peaceful and convenient location on highway 36,10 minutes to shopping and restaurants,15 min from I-20, 40 min to downtown Atlanta!. 2 pets maximum. One time $150 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. Application fee is $50 per adult. You need to make income that is 3x of rent. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years. Tenants pay electricity, water and trash. Landscaping/Sewer is included in rent. Need first month rent, last month rent plus one month security deposit before moving in. Tenants responsible for appliances. If appliances don't work, you will need to bring your own. We don't repair or replace appliances.
