Quincy Park Apartments is a safe, family friendly community with locked building entrances, garage space for 1 car, additional storage space for each unit in the garage, and with 24 hour video surveillance. We love the safety and community feel of the building. The complex is right off of I225 and DTC Boulevard, making it a breeze to hop onto highways I25, I225, and 285 within minutes. There are endless restaurants and businesses nearby. The apartment is really spacious for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom! The master bedroom has an office (or yoga/gym) nook, a walk in closet, and a full bathroom. New updates made in September 2023 including vinyl floors (replaced carpet in all areas) and new paint. Please note that photos posted do not show the updated paint and floors Both bathrooms have new toilets and both bedrooms have new wall AC units installed in 2021. The patio is covered and carpeted, making it a perfect indoor/outdoor oasis. The kitchen has a new fridge installed in early 2020 and new stove hood. Additionally, new in unit washer and dryer were installed in 2019. The place is cozy but spacious and is in a perfect location to commute to Downtown Denver, DTC, Anschutz Medical Campus, and Centennial/Parker. We love this place and know that you will too! The rent includes water and heat. Tenet is responsible for the following: cable and internet through Xfinity at a subsidized price, for internet and full cable we currently pay $25-50 a month. Utilities are through Xcel which includes window AC and electricity. We are looking for responsible, clean tenants. No pets or smoking.
