Caribou is a recently renovated property in Highland Park. Each apartment has a kitchen island with granite countertops, modern light fixtures, a washer/dryer, off-street parking, and a fireplace. These apartments were renovated in 2022 and are some of our most in-demand. If we do have one available, be sure to apply as soon as possible, because these do not last long! Helpful Info: *$75 application fee for each tenant. (Requirements: 640+ credit score, an income of 3x monthly rent, no evictions) *If a co-signer is needed, they must also fill out an application. (Co-signer requirements: 640+ credit score, an income of 3.5x monthly rent) *Security Deposit (refundable) amount is $600 and due at Approval. *Administrative Fee (non-refundable) is $350 due after Approval. *$300 Pet fee (unless a documented service animal) + $15/mo Pet rent *$15-$25/mo Trash fee and $5/mo Pest Control fee.
