This studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three-story walk-up on the 4200 block of Baltimore Ave in University City region of West Philly. The apartment is wall-to-wall carpet with the bathroom and kitchen having linoleum flooring. Tenant is responsible for utilities & renter's insurance. All New Age tenants will be automatically enrolled in a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $25 per month, which includes $5k in property damage reimbursement, credit building through timely rent payments, $1M in identity protection, a resident rewards program, and so much more! These benefits are designed to improve your living experience and put money back into your pockets. Please Note: The property will stay on the market until we received a security deposit (equal to one month's rent). Once we receive your security deposit, we will take the property off the market.
