I enjoy hiking the property regularly, as it backs up to approximately 80 acres of woods, which includes giant 2 to 3 story boulders and a creek. An incredibly unique overhang Boulder where I've build a fire pit and benches, found many arrowheads over the years and has without a doubt been a shelter to many for thousands of years and is one of the main reasons I purchased the property! I fell in love with the house and created a second lower level apartment because of the privacy and safety of Mountain Brook, yet knowing it still remains only about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Birmingham, UAB, etc. The closest grocery store is less than five minutes away. I am looking for a single roommate, who enjoys nature and their privacy, but is open to some interaction.
