The Irish has a fantastic location with close access to Vulcan trail and the close driving distance to Homewood, the UAB Campus, Downtown Birmingham, and Five Points. Each unit at the Irish has either a small patio or a balcony, typically with city views. Each unit features a washer/dryer and a full kitchen suite. All flooring in these apartments is vinyl, and some units even feature a fireplace. These apartments are located on 18th Ave S near the top of Red Mountain. Every unit at the Irish is a little different, so we urge prospects to tour in person or over video call. Helpful Info: *$75 application fee for each tenant (Requirements: 640+ credit score, income of 2.25x monthly rent, no evictions) *If a co-signer is needed, they must fill out an application as well.
