This may possibly be the largest vacation rental condo in Daytona Beach. Add to that the options to enjoy a cocktail at both sunrise and sunset (no judgement here), rocket launches, fireworks from the speedway and the pier. Keypad Check in code will be emailed to guest 8pm the night prior to check-in Guests must sign a condo code of conduct. Please note, this building has a strict HOA with very specific rules. Violation of these rules (and there are cameras that catch everything) will result in the building having the guest evicted. Guests must: have no food or drink in pool, must wear shoes and clothing in lobby and elevators, must not bring water into building (there are a lot of elderly people and slipping on water may severely harm them), must be respectful to neighbors in building, must not hang or through anything from the balcony, must never prop the gate to ocean open. An hour from St. Augustine, 1.25 hours to Disney, Universal and Cape Canaveral. Beautiful beaches to enjoy walks or biking. You will want a car to get around but bring or rent bikes too as our beach is great for bike riding. We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The renter will pay Electric and Spectrum(Internet) bills. Water is included. Must be a single family per HOA.
