I am leasing a 1 BR apartment at The Standard ( https thestandardsanjose.com ). I have to move because of change in job location. 6 months remain on the lease, after which, it goes month-to-month. The monthly rent is $2,712, but I am offering it to you at $2,500 (I will pay you the balance at the time of signing the lease). The apartment is on the 5th floor and is very modern (perhaps 3 years old). Gym, pool, pool-side bbq, games room, rooftop bbq and co-working space / business centre are great attraction. An underground parking space comes with the package. I am looking to transfer my lease. This means you will become the tenant instead of me, but instead of 1 year commitment, you only have to commit for 6 months and you save around $1300 in the process. Renter has to pay for gas and utilities. Cost is standard around the area.
