Have owned over 23 yrs..NO SMOKING!! No pets. End unit, only one neighbor which is nice. No hurricane damage at all to condo and Building has a new Roof. Pool is a few months away. Not interested in any marketing help. All Utilities Included (water, trash, cable, wifi) including electricity. No smoking. No pets. Prefer longer term. 3 to 6 Months is fine also.
