Washer and dryer are also located within the unit. The unit also has an assigned covered car port and a dedicated boat dock, so you are welcome to bring your boat. The condo community has a club room with exercise equipment and an outdoor heated swimming pool directly next to the river. The community located a walking distance from a quaint downtown New Port Richey with multiple bars, pubs, restaurants, as well as the Sims Park. It is within an hour driving distance from beautiful beaches, such Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and Honeymoon Island Beach. Homosassa Springs State Park is only an hour away. Renter's credit score must be 700 or above to apply. Renter is responsible for their background check via Zillow. Renter is responsible for signing up and paying for electric service, telephone, internet, and cable TV. Last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking is allowed. Small pets (up to 25 pounds) are permitted. The renter's car must always be parked in the assigned car port. If the renter has a boat, it must be moored at the assigned dock.
