Center ND - 1 or 2 bedroom apartments are available - BMR Center ND Apartment Complex (Located on Lakota Avenue North and 3rd Street West) 1st of three four plex apartment building preparing to open in Center, ND spring 2023 217 Lakota Avenue; Center, ND 58530 (1) 1 bedroom and 1 bath is available for $795 plus MDU. (3) 2 bedroom and 1 bath are available for $895 plus MDU. Security deposit is the same as one month rent. Pets are allowed with a pet agreement and pet rent of $100/per month per pet. Must sign pet agreement and follow pet rules completely. The standard lease is 2 years and preference will be given to longer-term tenants. Credit checks and background checks are performed. The application fee is $40 non-refundable. Tenants will be responsible for lawn, snow, and common area maintenance. We want to build a community here where the tenants work together to make this housing community enjoyable and where tenants clean up after themselves and their guests. Limited to no onsite maintenance will be provided. Regular maintenance will be scheduled and may take 60-90 days depending on request. All major systems (electrical, heating, and plumbing) have been updated and verified to work. Each apartment has been updated with new flooring, doors, fixtures, appliances, windows, air conditioners, etc. The building exterior has been completely redone. The building will be a secure building requiring all visitors to call ahead. Staff will be onsite for the next several weeks (as possible) preparing the final touches of the apartments and are available to show by appointment only, depending on weather and availability of staff.
