The location of this unit is just two blocks to multiple beach access points, a very short walk to the sea wall as well as the bars and restaurants in North Wildwood. A short drive to Stone Harbor, Cape May, Rio Grange and Cape May Court House provides a variety of shopping and eating options throughout the year. All rental applicants will be required to complete a rental application which includes a credit check, background & criminal check and prior eviction check. Applicants are responsible to pay the fee for this application and are not guaranteed approval. Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the property. Utility costs are not included in the monthly rental price shown. Utilities are a flat $200 per month in addition to the monthly rent. On-street parking is available for free.
