RVs available for rent rent, ranging in price from $475 a month to $900 a month. Utilities are included , must have a clean background and be able to prove currently monthly income. Park Rules: Vehicles must be 2008 models or newer and in good condition. If guest wish to place an older vehicles, photos need to be provided to management in advance. No tarps or window unit air conditioners. Only 1 RV and 1 vehicle per RV space. Additional vehicles will be subject to a minimum $50/mo charge and could increase depending on size. Clothes lines are not permitted. No campfires or tents allowed. No unregistered or not inspected vehicles in park. Vehicles that do not run must be removed from the park. Guests will be given a chance to move them, any failure to move them, we will remove at guests expense. No vehicle repairs shall be made on these premises. No washing of cars or RVs on the premises.
